In 2019, my life as a high-performing athlete came to a violent halt. I tore my ACL and meniscus. It was the kind of injury that usually marks the beginning of the end for an athletic career. For two years, I was trapped in a cycle of misdiagnoses, wasting my time at endless physio appointments and checkups that resulted in zero progress.

Then, in 2021, things got worse. I popped a disc in my back.

Once again, the "experts" had no real answers. I wasted thousands of dollars on massages and generic physical therapy. They were treating the pain, but they weren't solving the issue. I was a shell of the athlete I used to be—immobile, weak, and frustrated.

That's when I stopped listening to the establishment and started my own research.

I dove deep into structural mechanics and biomechanical rebuilding, developing the foundational principles of what I now call the Atlas Method. I stopped looking for a "fix" from others and started building a new foundation from within.

By 2022, I wasn't just "recovered"—I was strong, mobile, and more athletic than I had ever been. I did it all without a single surgery. When I finally met with a top surgeon, he was visibly shocked. After reviewing my performance and results, his advice was simple:

"You're doing great. Just keep doing what you're doing, because these results are better than anything surgery could provide."

I founded Zeus Fitness because I know what it's like to be "broken" and told that your best days are behind you. The Atlas Method exists to prove that diagnosis wrong.
