In 2019, my life as a high performing athlete came to a violent halt, a torn ACL and meniscus. For two years I was trapped in misdiagnoses, endless physio, and checkups with zero progress. Then, in 2021, I popped a disc in my back. Once again, the "experts" had no real answers, and I wasted thousands on massages and generic therapy that treated the pain but never solved it.
So I stopped listening to the establishment and went deep into structural mechanics and biomechanical rebuilding, the foundation of what I now call the Atlas Method. By 2022 I wasn't just "recovered." I was stronger, more mobile, and more athletic than ever, without a single surgery. I built Zeus Fitness so the people written off as "broken" get to prove that diagnosis wrong.
